Rules and Regulations
1. This contest is open to photography enthusiasts, including local and foreign tourists. All images enter for this “George Town Heritage Family
Photography Contest” must be taken during the period on 13th January, 2013 at George Town Heritage.
2. Users of digital cameras must use original Jpeg or Raw file to capture and burn their original captured images in CD and submit the original CD together with their entries to the organizer.
3. All entries for this contest must be printed on color photo paper of size 8” x 12”. All entries and CD submitted shall become the property of the organizer who can use them for promotional and exhibition purposes.
4. Any numbers of entries may be submitted, but every entry must be accompanied with CD and entry form (Photo copy acceptable) duly completed and affixed on the back of the mounting board. Foreign entrants or photographers from other states can write their names, I.C/Passport No., address, telephone number on the back of the cardboard.
5. The closing date is: 28th January, 2013 (Monday) 5.00pm sharp
6. All entries must be sent to the following address: Island Gallery – 6, Jalan Phuah Hin Leong, 10050 Penang
7. The judging will be held on TBA@ Island Gallery
8. The First, Second & Third Prizes shall be won by different contestants and there is no restriction for the Merit Prizes.
9. Failure to comply and also winning entries found to be manipulated will result in disqualification.
10. The decision of the Panel of Judges is final and any dispute or appeal will not be entertained.
